Dr. Lauren was born and raised in the East Bay Area. Early in life she fell in love with the body's natural ability to adapt and self-heal. Dr. Lauren exists to understand the full story of a person, to support the healing journey, and to celebrate every step towards living a more whole life. She abides by the understanding that doctor means teacher, and the real healer is the individual themselves. Her approach is rooted in relation rather than transaction. Her hope is to inspire sovereign health. She is energized by curating safe spaces for families to explore the depths of their vitality together, and to encourage strengthening the bonds to self and community. 

       After completing her B.S. in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, she pursued mentorship and training in a variety of healthcare clinics for neuromuscular re-education, myofascial decompression and movement rehabilitation. Her formal studies were completed at Life West Chiropractic College to earn her Doctorate in Chiropractic. She is Webster certified by the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association so that she may best serve a population nearest and dearest to her heart, the mamas and kiddos!
